Disc Replay
Disc Replay's new website more than doubled how often its stores appear in search
A growing resale franchise wanted a site that sells every store, not only the brand. Design, development and SEO built it, and paid media now brings shoppers to every store.

The goal
Disc Replay became a client in 2025. It buys and sells used games, movies, music and electronics through franchise stores, and the brand was growing fast. Its leadership was clear about what the new site had to do: give every store its own fully built page that reflects what makes that store different, and put customers first.
What we found
The old site looked dated, its navigation and page hierarchy were inconsistent, and adding or managing locations took more work than it should. It wasn't built for phones, where most of its visitors shop. Each store sent search engines weak, inconsistent local signals.
The team
Design, development and SEO built the site together, paid media now brings people to every store, and project management keeps the client's leadership in the loop at every step.
Web design and development
Designed the homepage and every template, and built the site on GTUtilize, our multi-location platform: a store locator, a page for every store, and store pages that show only the product lines that store carries.
About web design and developmentSEO
Planned the migration so the brand kept its search history through launch, wrote the content outline the pages were built from, and watched every store page after launch.
About SEOPaid media
Since November 2025, keeps every store in front of nearby shoppers and sellers, from each grand opening on, turning local attention into calls and store visits.
About paid media
SEO reviewed the homepage designs before development started. The multi-location platform gave SEO the same clean structure on every store page, and gave the brand a way to add stores without a rebuild. That mattered within months, as new locations opened and a sister brand's stores began converting to Disc Replay. And because every store has its own page, paid media can promote each store on its own.
What we did
We architected the site in the summer of 2025, starting from the brand's new identity, and moved from first designs to development in about two months.
The new site launched in November 2025. We optimized it through the first weeks after launch with SEO watching each store page, and the brand's stores were appearing in search far more often than before.
Since then we've accelerated with the brand: paid media for every store since November 2025, new stores added and promoted as they open, converted stores folded in, and a franchise development site now in the works for the next wave of owners.
