DRYmedic Restoration
DRYmedic more than doubled its paid leads while each lead cost less
A national restoration franchise needed every local business to win the call when disaster strikes. A new site, paid media and SEO now work from the same lead data.

The goal
We've worked with DRYmedic since 2023. It restores homes and businesses after water, fire and mold damage, through franchises across the country. When a pipe bursts, the homeowner calls the first business that looks local and ready.
The brand told us how it measures success: calls first, forms second. It needed a website that made every location look and act local, and an ad program that could prove which markets were producing.
What we found
The old site buried the call to action, listed locations without complete contact details, and had no way to find a location from the navigation. Some links pulled visitors out of their local page altogether.
On the paid side, legacy ad accounts, duplicate local service profiles and no shared conversion tracking meant nobody could say what a lead cost in any one market. The franchise development site, where future owners start, had little authority in search.
The team
Paid media, SEO and web built the program together, each working from the same lead data.
Paid media
Rebuilt the ad program franchise by franchise, measured the way the brand measures success: calls first, forms second.
About paid mediaSEO
Measured where the site stood before launch, made sure every location page carried the local detail customers look for, carried the site through migration, and grew the franchise development site in search.
About SEOWeb design and development
Designed and built the new site on a deliberately modular, highly customizable content system, so every franchise's page can be updated and filled out quickly, with lead forms connected to the brand's job management system.
About web design and development
SEO set the baseline before launch, so every change after it could be measured. Franchise owners' own knowledge of their markets went into their location pages. And because the site's forms feed the job management system, paid media works from real leads, not clicks.
What we did
We architected the new site in early 2025, starting from an audit of how visitors moved through the old one, and launched it that summer with every location on its own page.
Paid media came on franchise by franchise from May 2025. We optimized the measurement with SEO and development until calls and forms counted the same way in every report, then improved each market on the leads it produced.
In 2026 we accelerated what worked in the markets producing leads, and grew the franchise development site in search, bringing prospective owners in through the searches that matter to them.
